| “The Kingdom of Heaven” On Earth at Yeshua’s Second Coming Will be Likened unto What? Part One What will the “Kingdom of Heaven” On Earth Be Like When the Lord Returns? “At that time Michael shall stand up, the great prince who stands watch over the sons of your (Israel) people; and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation, even to that time. And at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone who is found written in the book And many of those who sleep in the dust shall awake; some to everlasting life, some to shame and everlasting contempt. Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever,” Daniel 12:1-3. The Lord Yeshua, Jesus is quoting and expanding Daniel’s prophecy: “For then there shall be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake, those days will be shortened … For as the lightening comes from the east and flashes to the west, so shall the coming of the Son of Man be. For wherever the carcass is there the eagles will be gathered together. Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken. Then the ‘sign’ of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory! and He will send His angels with a ‘great sound of a trumpet,’ and they shall gather together His elect from the Four Winds, from one end of heaven to the other … So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near … At the doors!” Matthew 25:21-35 2 “Truly I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till All these things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, But My words will by no means pass away!” When the Lord Jesus states, “these things,” He is referring to a whole series of events prophesied to occur for the “first” time in history! (Pack, Real Truth Magazine) “Let both grow together until the harvest, and ‘at the time’ of the harvest I will say to the Reapers, ‘First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into My barn, Matthew 13:24-30. The Kingdom of Heaven on Earth is “Present!” and “Future!” The message of the Kingdom on earth, as the Lord Jesus taught, relates to different ‘Time Periods,’ and ‘Seasons’ called ‘Mo’ed’s’ in Hebrew. “Jesus’ statement, “The Kingdom of Heaven,” will be Likened Unto Ten Virgins” is referring to the ‘time period’ of the Messiah’s return! Why would the Lord Jesus say such a thing “the Kingdom of Heaven” would be likened? I thought the Kingdom of Heaven was in Heaven! And yet it is capable of spreading, multiplying and producing fruit … where does it do this? Why, on earth of course! Thus, signifying the Kingdom of Heaven has been present on earth even before the calling of Abraham. But, through the calling of Abraham Yahweh made a Covenant with him and his descendants… Isaac and Jacob-Israel! They were to teach the nations … teaching them the commandments and ways of YHWH G-D. But instead, corrupted themselves by prostituting, before idols, and said, “We want to be like the other nations!” In other words, ‘their ways shall be our ways!” and they climbed in bed with the world! Therefore, eventually, when their promised prophesied Messiah came preaching: “the Kingdom of Heaven is here” … stretching out His hand to heal and work the works of the Kingdom of God on Earth … it was difficult for the Jews to believe and receive Him, they could not discern the signs of their “Times” for their hearts were hardened, their ears could not hear what the Spirit was saying, they could not see with their eyes… they had the form, the rituals of godliness but not the power of the Kingdom; “But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them who believed on His name: who were born, not of blood, nor, of the will of flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God,” John 1:12-13. When in Zechariah 4:6, it was prophesied to Zerubbal the Word, “Not by might, nor by power (political or military), but by My Spirit,” says the LORD; the Messiah Yeshua fulfilled and continues to fulfill that prophecy… “By My Spirit,” is the 3 promise of the New Blood Covenant of the Kingdom of Heaven on earth in all it’s “times and seasons!” The Kingdom that is NOT OF THIS WORLD is spiritual, Messianic, in Yeshua’s chosen people, which, was delivered to them when the “day of Pentecost” had fully come! Just as sure as the statement of Jesus’ words “Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand,” that same Kingdom is at hand in relation to His Body of Believers “I am the Vine and you are the branches. ”The Lord told the “chief priests and elders of the people,” in a parable, because they had the form and rituals of the Kingdom, which, He called the Vineyard… but produced no resemblance of its fruit… that He would “take the kingdom of God away from them and give it to a nation who would produce its fruit” Matthew 21:33-43, and He did! “Seek the kingdom of God (first… is not in the original manuscript), and all these things the nations seek after… will be added unto you, don’t worry… “Fear not little flock, it is your Fathers good will to give you the Kingdom. Sell what you have and give alms, provide for yourselves money bags that do not grow old, a treasure in the heavens that does no fail, where no thief approaches nor moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” Luke 12:22-34. For this reason, Children, we must preach the good news of the Kingdom of Heaven and not another Jesus, Yeshua or Gospel! We must produce the fruit of it also, for there are consequences to pay if we don’t. We can MOVE HIS HANDS IN PRAYER! “I am the true Vine and My Father is the Vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away, and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit,” John 15:1-2; we will study these words of Jesus more fully later on… for they mean exactly what they say. Children, are you being pruned? Is the Father lopping off dead branches for this years more abundant fruit harvest? “The Signs of Our Times” of “This Generation” In this particular discourse of the Lord Jesus in Matthew’s record, chapter 24, beginning with verse 15, Jesus is referring to the Great Tribulation, which takes place before His return, the wheat and tares are growing together; after the Tribulation of those days, Jesus tells of signs that are to take place in the heavens. In chapter 25, Jesus, speaking of the Kingdom of Heaven, begins with this: “THEN (AT THAT TIME PERIOD OF THE KINGDOM ON EARTH),” He relates to His disciples in what ‘condition’ the Kingdom of Heaven will be like… in the parable of Ten Virgins, of whom all are Christian Believers; five Wise and five Foolish! I have, for several years, wondered why this parable and others respecting the Kingdom, seem to be stating different seasonal periods; … then I would just dismiss these 4 ‘wonderings’ from my thinking; that is, until a new calling came into my life. Then, as different encounters with the Lord happened to me, I began searching diligently His face for answers to many teachings I had received… questions surfaced, and revelation started to be given: placing His words and Old Testament Scripture in order of their fulfillment, in their “mo’eds,” their “times and seasons.” We must be careful to give our interpretation of the scriptures in the context of their settings. At the “time-period” of the end, the Virgins all had lamps! And all went out to meet the Bridegroom with their lamps! Five had not taken extra oil, they were Foolish; and five did take extra oil, they were the Wise! Now while the Bridegroom was delayed, they were all found sleeping, for it was evening time. Then at midnight the cry was heard: “Behold the “Bridegroom is coming; go out to meet Him!” Then the virgins all arose and trimmed (made ready) their lamps. But the lamps of the five foolish virgins did not have enough oil in their lamps to keep burning as they journeyed out to meet Him… so, they asked the five wise virgins to share some of their oil. But they would not share lest they too would not have enough oil for their own lamps! “Go buy some oil for yourselves,” was the reply to the foolish virgins. Oil is a symbol of the Holy Spirit throughout Scripture… Paul spoke of a “supply of the Spirit,” Oil is what keeps your lamp burning and light shinning, even while asleep. “John the Baptist was a shinning (burning) light, who the Jewish people enjoyed for a short while.” The two olive branches (witnesses), spoken of in Zechariah, are seen supplying golden oil, pouring it into the bowl at the top of the golden Menorah (Lampstand) in order that its seven-branched lamps do not go out. These two witnesses are seen again in the “end- time-period” of the Apocalypse prophesying! The Ten Virgins had to endure the “Tribulation period,” for Jesus had not returned as yet from His journey “to a far country” (at God’s right hand). In all Jesus’ Parable Messages relating to the “time period” of His Second Coming, His word is: “Be Ready, for here I come Ready or Not!” “And while they went to buy to get Ready… The Bridegroom came, and those who were Ready went in with Him to the WEDDING, and the door was shut! A picture of the days of Noah and the ark if I ever saw one! And remember the days of Lot’s wife! Don’t look back! What did the people do when the floods came and Noah and his family went into the ark and the door was shut? The virgins came saying, “Lord, Lord open the door to us!” But Jesus said, “Truly, I say to you, I do not know you. Watch (be ready) therefore, for you know not the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.” Saints, we must be READY! Do we have the extra oil to endure the things 5 coming upon the earth unrepentantly? “He that endures to the end shall be saved,” Matthew 24:17; the reason for the extra oil is for endurance, perseverance… whether it be for life or for death. Are we able to discern the “signs” of our “time?” Are You In Doubt Of The Time-Period Being After the Tribulation? The disciples, in chapter 24, asking the Lord three questions, were in actuality referring to His discourse aimed at the Scribes, Phaeisees and Jerusalem, which represented the Jewish people, in chapter 23: calling them blind guides leading the blind, straining at a gnat and swallowing a camel; calling them hypocrites for they cleansed the outside of a cup and dish, but the inside they left dirty full of extortion and self-indulgence. For they were like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men’s bones and all uncleanness. Jesus said fill up the measure of your father’s guilt, you serpents, brood of vipers! How can you escape the condemnation of hell? Hypocrites! Remember this word, for Jesus refers to it many, many times in His teachings; those who say, who teach others … but, do not do. Can we say, like Paul, “Follow me as I follow Christ.” Jesus went on to say, that, “He would send them prophets, wise men and scribes; some of them they would kill and some they would scrooge in their synagogues and persecute from city to city,” (Paul was one of them until God called him). Why would Jesus send them prophets and scribes? so that, “on you may come all the righteous blood shed on earth from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah, son of Berechiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar. Truly, I say to you, all these things will come upon this generation!” “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing! See! Your house is left to you desolate; for I say to you, you shall not see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.” We are in this time frame, Children! So when Jesus went out of the temple He said to His disciples, ‘Do you not see all these things? Truly, I say to you, not one stone shall be left here upon another, that shall not be thrown down.’ As Jesus sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, asking: 1) “Tell us, when, will these things be? that is, no stone left upon another; and, the destruction that was coming on that generation then living in Jerusalem; and, the persecution on the ones sent to them with the Gospel of the 6 Kingdom. 2) The answer to Jesus’ statement: “See! Your house is left to you desolate: for you will not see Me no more (again) till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord,’ ” was the next question “What will be the sign of Your coming?” 3) And (‘and’ connecting His coming with) the end of the age? Well, one sign is for sure … when we hear the Israelis saying “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!” Question number one relating to the Kingdom of Heaven on earth, was fulfilled (in part ?) in the ‘time period’ from Yeshua’s resurrection through 70 A.D., at which time, the Lord sent throughout all the land and Jerusalem His servants preaching and ministering the Gospel of the Kingdom; and Yeshua’s prophets and scribes were persecuted and martyred . Then the war between the Jewish people and the Roman government, which, then lasted three and one-half years was fought … “for there will be “great distress in the land and wrath upon this people,” and they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations; (Jerusalem was taken and the temple desolated), and Jerusalem (has been under the control of different Gentile nations fulfilling) ‘will be trampled by the Gentiles until the “times” of the Gentiles are fulfilled’ ” Luke 21:23-24. “And their house (house of Israel) has been left to them desolate, but, only until.” The land was restored to Israel in 1948, and the city of Jerusalem in 1967! So, in what “season” or “time-period” of the Kingdom of Heaven on earth are we in before the end of the age, Saints? And, “this Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” Children, AS A WITNESS! …fulfilling question number three! ISRAEL IS GOD’S “END TIME CLOCK,” OUR MO’ED! Matthew 13’s Message of The Kingdom on Earth The Present and Future Kingdom: In this chapter, Jesus introduces parables as a means of teaching “kingdom” truths vv. 10, 11. Of the 40 parables Jesus gave, He made direct references to the kingdom in 19. These stories clearly relate to different time frames. Some impact the present, teaching 1) the need for kingdom people to have hearing ears vv. 3-23; 2) the breadth of the kingdom’s spread vv. 31-35; and 3) the cost (to serve) the kingdom’s gain; to obtain; to get; take it by force; do its works vv. 44-46. To bearing holy fruit and sowing God’s Seed! Others relate to the future, teaching 1) the final disposing of the fruit of the Adversary’s hindrance vv. 36-43 and 2) the final disposition of the mixed ingathering from the kingdom outreach vv.47-51 tares and wheat in the world. In mixing these two aspects of the “kingdom,” Jesus helps us appreciate the kingdom as both present and prospective, 7 in their seasonal time frames, (looking forward; relating to the future). The message of the kingdom is two-edged and, in this respect, relates to two frames of time: 1st, God, in Christ, is now recovering man from his double loss… relationship with God and of rulership under God. He promised this at man’s Fall; illustrated it in the patriarchs and Israel’s history, and now the King has come to begin fully bringing it about. The kingdom is being realized presently, in partial and personal ways, as it is spread through all the Earth by the Holy Spirit’s power in the Body of Christ. 2nd, the kingdom will be realized finally in completion and conclusive ways only at the return of Yeshua Messiah resulting in His reign over a New Heaven & a New Earth! Portions taken from the Spirit Filled Bible’s Kingdom Dynamics A Parable of All The Trees “Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near,” indicating the ‘harvest of the wheat to be gathered into His barn!’ Luke 21:28 Then He spoke to them, His disciples, a parable: Look at the fig tree, and all the trees. “When they are already budding, you see and know for yourselves that summer is now near. So you also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near (to come to its completion). This generation (then living) will not pass away until all these things take place … But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with dissipation (carousing), drunkenness, and the cares of this world (life), and that Day (of the Lord) come on you unexpectedly. For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the earth. Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be Counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and stand before the Son of Man,” Luke 21:29-36. Watch for the “Cares of this life!” Please notice: The Lord Jesus is not referring here in this parable to the Kingdom’s “period of time” on earth in the season of the A. D. 70’s. No, this “time period” is referring to “all those who dwell on the face of the earth, to whom the Gospel of the Kingdom has been preached to.” While in A.D. 70 Jesus’ words referred to Jerusalem, its people, on that generation, and the Roman army. This is the fulfilling of Daniel’s prophecy relating to the fourth Beast: “Then I wished to know the truth about the fourth beast, which was different from all the others, exceedingly dreadful, with teeth of iron and its nails of bronze, which devoured, broke in pieces, and trampled the residue (of what was left) with its “feet;“ and the ten horns that were on its head, and the other horn which came up, before 8 which three (horns) fell, namely that horn which had eyes and a mouth which spoke pompous words (great things), whose appearance was greater than his fellows (the other horns). I was watching: and the “same horn was making war against the saints,” and “prevailing against them” … ‘until the Ancient of Days” came, and a judgment was made in favor of the saints of the Most High, and the “time period” came for the saints to possess (inherit) the Kingdom,” Daniel 7:19-22; 7:23-28. Please notice: The fourth “Beast (iron),” in the final days, before the Second Coming of Yeshua, is now a composite of all the other beasts (kingdoms) spoken of in Daniel’s prophecy of the Image of a Metallic Man in chapter two, which it has conquered and restored; that being, the bear (silver), the leopard (bronze) and the lion (gold); Revelation 13. This beast now, mixed with Clay, in its final days, is seen by the Apostle John, as that of Great Dragon, the Serpent of old; and has on its head ten horns (of the 4th beast), and, in addition to the 10 horns, has seven heads coming up out of the Sea (the Great Sea (Mediterranean) Prophecies, I believe). This kingdom which has conquered all the previous kingdoms before it will devour, brake in pieces and trample what’s left of the global kingdoms (the residue) with its “feet of Iron and Clay” … “it shall break in pieces and devour the whole earth” in it’s final restored state as the “European Empire” and be found “prevailing against restored Israel and Christians, as ONE NEW MAN,” UNTIL JUDGMENT DAY COMES IN FAVOR OF THE SAINTS OF THE MOST HIGH! The prophecy is set in the Middle East with “Jerusalem” being the Center of attraction! Glory to God! Daniel 7:13-14. Now “the prevailing against them” and “the Beast’s stamping the residue with his feet,” is the, “time and season” of the “kingdom of heaven on earth” that is likened to the Ten Virgins and the Lord’s Servants (Matt 24-25) at that time when they will see three and one- half- years of Great Tribulation as has never been upon the face of the earth … no, nor, shall never be again! Wherein, the riders of the four horseman are loosed bringing in the “time” (when mankind is capable of destroying all human beings with nuclear, chemical, biological, and radiological weapons. Many prophecies make this clear that they will be used. President Truman thought it was in the best interests of the United States in August 1945 against Japan to use the atomic bomb. Today these weapons of mass destruction exist worldwide. Pack). We are in the “times of the kingdom” when the earth is in the beginning of “sorrows,” which, in the Hebrew means “birth pangs” with the earth being in labor, is giving birth to a new “creation!” she is waiting to be delivered, Children, “she is groaning in pain and will be delivered after the sons of God are delivered into their bodies of immortality like unto Jesus’ immortal divine human body, when His glory 9 shall be fully revealed in us and God’s sons shall be manifested,” Romans 8:12-28; Matthew 24:6-8; “wars and rumors of wars, famines, pestilences, earthquakes… All these are the beginning of sorrows.” Should we not be using methods of the “Gospel of the Kingdom,” which the Lord taught His disciples to use BY MY SPIRIT, instead of the world’s methods with no Kingly power? Should we not, before many other things we buy, purchase the Living Word of God for those who do not have a Bible, so that, they too, can secret themselves away with our Lord Jesus and be taught by the Holy Spirit … “that they may grow thereby?” Shalom, We love you Children, of the Father’s Kingdom!
